Follow these steps to apply for the Living Waters Montana at Hope Church, Kalispell, Montana.

If you wish to fill out the Living Waters Montana Application by hand and mail it to our office, please follow these instructions.

Step 1. CLICK HERE and the application will appear.

​Step 2.​ Up in the top right-hand corner of your application screen you will see this print icon.

Step 3. Click on this icon and print your application.

Step 4. Fill out the application and mail the application to:  ATTN: Living Waters Montana, Hope Church,  436 Birch Grove Rd,  Kalispell, MT 59901

​You will be contacted by the local leader to set up an application interview.  Please Note: All potential participants are interviewed to see if Living Waters Montana Program would be a good fit for you at this time.
